This intelligent agent can respond to specific business inquiries, suggest products from catalogs, schedule appointments, qualify leads, and escalate conversations to human representatives when necessary, aiding in sales closures.

Additionally, Meta introduced the Meta Business Agent Platform tailored for larger enterprises, allowing companies to design and implement customized AI agents that can integrate with platforms like Shopify, Zendesk, and Shopee. Notable early users, such as Swiggy, Madhulika Enterprises, and Kaizen Adventours, are leveraging the platform to streamline customer engagement and boost conversion rates. WhatsApp also announced that users will soon have the capability to discover businesses directly through WhatsApp Search and easily share business contacts.

In a partnership with Bose, Skullcandy launched its Method 360 ANC true wireless earbuds in India. With an MRP of Rs 16,999, these earbuds are available at a special introductory price of Rs 12,499. Designed to deliver premium sound quality, the Method 360 ANC features advanced noise cancellation and offers all-day comfort.

These earbuds provide up to 40 hours of battery life without ANC activated (11 hours in the earbuds and 29 hours via the case), and up to 32 hours with ANC on (9 hours in the earbuds and 23 hours with the case). Key features include adjustable 4-mic hybrid active noise cancellation with a customizable Stay-Aware mode, low-latency audio, wear detection, IPX4 water resistance, multipoint pairing, Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio, Google Fast Pair, Spotify Tap support, and rapid charging that allows for two hours of playback from just a 10-minute charge. The earbuds come with various fit fins and ear gels utilizing licensed Bose technology and are available in five color options: Black, Bone, Primer, Plasma, and Leopard.

Dreame Technology has broadened its smart home offerings in India with the introduction of the Dreame L50 Plus and Dreame L50 robotic vacuum cleaners, priced at Rs 34,999 and Rs 27,999, respectively. Both models boast 25,000Pa Vormax suction power, dual-rotary mop pads featuring MopExtend technology for comprehensive cleaning, and an innovative 10.5mm mop lift that automatically elevates the mops to keep carpets dry.

The L50 Plus model includes a 5L auto-empty dust bag that supports up to 120 days of hands-free dust collection, Smart Pathfinder navigation, Single-Laser 3D obstacle avoidance, a 300ml water tank, and a 230ml dust box with 32 adjustable water flow settings. The L50 model features LDS laser navigation, five suction levels, 32 water flow adjustment levels, a powerful 5,200mAh battery providing up to 250 minutes of runtime, app controls, voice assistant compatibility, and an anti-tangle brush system suitable for homes with pets. Both models come with a one-year warranty and are available for purchase through Amazon India and the Dreame India website.

Amkette has enhanced its iGrip product range with the introduction of the iGrip Secure X2 Bike Phone Holder Series, designed for two-wheeler riders, starting at a price of Rs 399. The series includes four models: the Mirror Mount and Handlebar Mount, each priced at Rs 399, and the Mirror Mount with Sunshade and Handlebar Mount with Sunshade, available for Rs 499.

These holders accommodate smartphones ranging from 4.7 inches to 7 inches, making them compatible with most Android and iOS devices. Features include a one-press locking mechanism, anti-slip silicone pads to prevent scratches, and a vibration-resistant design for enhanced stability. The mirror-mounted versions position the phone in the rider’s line of sight while keeping handlebars uncluttered, whereas the handlebar models utilize a dual-layer rubber grip to reduce vibrations. The sunshade variants are crafted to minimize glare and enhance screen visibility in bright sunlight.
