Hanuman Ansh Day 26 Box Office Update: The devotional film “Hanuman Ansh,” directed by Vishal Chaturvedi and centered around the spiritual figure Neem Karoli Baba, has become one of the most successful films of the year, boasting an astounding return on investment of over 2,500%. The film achieved a significant box-office milestone by outpacing the high-budget production “Toxic,” starring Yash, in earnings this past Tuesday.

Produced on a relatively modest budget of approximately Rs 2 crore, “Hanuman Ansh” experienced a slow opening, garnering only Rs 10 lakh on its first day. However, it gained traction due to positive word of mouth. On its 26th day, the film saw a remarkable 54% increase in revenue, earning Rs 8.50 crore net within India, thereby exceeding “Toxic’s” Rs 7.85 crore collection on its seventh day.

It is worth mentioning that “Toxic” had a significantly broader release, spanning five languages and a greater number of screens, making the performance of the star-free devotional film even more impressive.

As reported by trade site Sacnilk, “Toxic” earned Rs 7.85 crore net from 12,894 shows on its seventh day. Meanwhile, “Hanuman Ansh,” on its 26th day, accumulated Rs 8.50 crore from 7,008 shows.

The film’s overall box-office performance has been exceptional, with total earnings reaching Rs 63.82 crore gross and Rs 54.13 crore net in India to date. Its strong showing has transformed “Hanuman Ansh” into one of the year’s biggest surprise successes, particularly given its limited budget.

On Day 26, “Hanuman Ansh” experienced a significant boost in box-office revenue, marking a 54.5% increase from the previous day’s collection of Rs 5.50 crore, showcasing its sustained momentum deep into its fourth week.

In its initial weeks, the film earned Rs 1.08 crore in Week 1 and Rs 0.40 crore in Week 2, followed by a substantial increase in its third week with Rs 10.40 crore. The upward trend continued in the fourth week, with earnings of Rs 6.25 crore on Day 22, Rs 9.25 crore on Day 23, Rs 12.75 crore on Day 24, Rs 5.50 crore on Day 25, and Rs 8.50 crore on Day 26.

In terms of audience attendance, “Hanuman Ansh” achieved an overall occupancy rate of 43.56% for its Hindi screenings on Day 26. The film recorded 14.08% occupancy in the morning, which rose to 35% in the afternoon and peaked at 45.62% in the evening. The night shows saw the highest demand, with occupancy reaching an impressive 70.15%.

This performance highlights the film’s remarkable resurgence in its fourth week, driven by strong and consistent word of mouth.
