Authorities in Tasmania have apprehended two teenagers in connection with the theft of compound bows and arrows from a local archery club.
According to law enforcement, the stolen equipment, which includes bows and several arrows, was recovered during an investigation into a break-in at the Burnie archery club, located on the north-western coast of Tasmania, that occurred on March 29.
Reports indicate that a significant number of arrows were discharged in the Shorewell Park and Romaine neighborhoods.
A 13-year-old male has been charged with multiple offenses, including burglary, theft, possession of a dangerous item in a public area, and resisting arrest. Meanwhile, a 16-year-old male faces charges of burglary and theft.
