Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), commonly referred to as IP University (IPU), has opened the online application process for its national-level test-based and merit-based programs, with a deadline set for April 30.

The university has urged applicants to meticulously select the appropriate program and its corresponding code while completing their application. Officials have stressed the importance of accuracy, advising candidates not to rush the application process.

It was also noted that distinct application pathways are available for CET-based programs, national-level examinations, and merit-based admissions. Candidates must ensure they apply under the correct category, as the application period for CET-based programs has already concluded.

To apply, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the official website of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University at ipu.ac.in, then access the admissions portal.

Step 2: Click on the registration link and create an account by providing your name, email address, and mobile number.

Step 3: Log in with the credentials you just created.

Step 4: Complete the application form with your personal, academic, and contact information.

Step 5: Choose the program you wish to enroll in.

Step 6: Upload the necessary documents following the specified format.

Step 7: Submit the application fee using the online payment methods available.

Step 8: Thoroughly review all the information entered in your application.

Step 9: Submit your application and download a copy for your records.

This academic year, IPU has launched 24 new courses, including programs such as Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), lateral entry into B.S. (Packaging Technology), MTech in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, MA in Mass Communication (Weekend Programme), along with additional weekend courses in selected fields. Other new offerings include Bachelor of Physiotherapy, BTech in Industrial Chemistry, BSc in Clinical Psychology, BTech in Computer Science Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science), BTech in Computer Science and Business Systems, as well as new programs in Teacher Education and Inclusive Education.

CUET scores will be utilized as an alternative admission pathway for most programs at IPU. The university has previously stated that any unfilled seats after the university’s entrance tests will be allocated based on CUET merit.
