Despite receiving intensive care, she succumbed to multi-organ failure at noon on Sunday.

The funeral service will take place on Monday. Her son, Anand Bhosle, informed the media outside the hospital that those wishing to pay their respects can visit her home at 11 am the following day, with the final rites scheduled for 4 pm at Shivaji Park.
