However, the admission lists for the states of Assam, Kerala, and Puducherry will be made available on April 10 due to the ongoing general elections.
After the results are released, parents of students whose names appear on the list must complete the necessary admission procedures within the specified timeframe. It is essential for them to present several documents during this process. If the required documents are not submitted punctually, there is a risk of the admission being revoked, allowing waitlisted candidates to fill the available spots.
The Sangathan has already posted the results for Balvatika admissions on their official site, but students who have been shortlisted will need to confirm their admission with the respective schools.
Documents required for the admission process include:
- Proof of age and residence
- Service certificate (if applicable)
- Caste certificate (for those in reserved categories)
- Income certificate (for applicants under the Right to Education Act)
If there are still unfilled seats, additional lists for Class 1 admissions will be released on April 16 and April 21. The admission process will prioritize candidates from the Right to Education (RTE) category, followed by those in service priority groups.
