FINANCIAL CHRONICLE – Sri Lanka successfully issued bonds worth 82.09 billion rupees for the years 2030, 2034, and 2037, following an initial offer of 100 billion rupees, according to information from the public debt management office.
From the total offered, all 30 billion rupees of the 01 July 2030 bonds (LKB00530G018) were sold, yielding an average interest rate of 10.12 percent.
Additionally, 33.64 billion rupees were sold from the 40 billion rupee offering for the 15 June 2034 bonds (LKB00934F154), which yielded an average rate of 11.16 percent.
Furthermore, the sale included 18.45 billion rupees from the 01 July 2037 bonds (LKB01237G019), which had an average yield of 11.19 percent.
