Initially, there were concerns that she had experienced a cardiac arrest; however, her granddaughter, Zanai Bhosle, later clarified through social media that the hospitalization was due to “extreme exhaustion and a chest infection.” Sources have informed SCREEN that Asha Bhosle’s health has since improved.
A close associate of the iconic singer shared with SCREEN, “She is feeling better and is on the path to recovery.” At this time, the hospital has not released an official statement regarding her condition.
On Saturday night, Zanai Bhosle posted an update on Instagram, stating, “My grandmother Asha Bhosle has been admitted to the hospital due to extreme exhaustion and a chest infection. We ask for your understanding and privacy during this time. She is receiving treatment, and we remain hopeful for her recovery. We will provide a positive update soon.”
In response to Zanai’s announcement, Neil Nitin Mukesh expressed his hopes for a swift recovery, saying, “All our prayers for her speedy recovery, my dear.” Tanishaa Mukerji added, “Love heals!
