Barry’s selection follows the withdrawal of London City Lionesses forward Freya Godfrey due to a shoulder injury. The talented forward has recently moved up from the Under-23s team and is known for her development at Manchester United’s academy. Prior to her current team, she also had stints with Crystal Palace and Sunderland before joining Bay FC in February.<\/p>\n
At just 20 years old, Barry has already made four appearances in the NWSL, with her standout moment being a goal scored against North Carolina Courage in March.<\/p>\n
