The High Court has rejected the attempt by former Liberal staff member Bruce Lehrmann to contest the decision regarding his unsuccessful defamation lawsuit.<\/p>\n
The Federal Court had determined that it was more likely than not that Mr. Lehrmann sexually assaulted Brittany Higgins at Parliament House in 2019.<\/p>\n
Last year, Mr. Lehrmann’s appeal against this ruling was unsuccessful.<\/p>\n
