A photograph capturing the incident surfaced, showing Mandelson urinating at approximately 11 PM, following a dinner at Osborne’s \u00a310 million home. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea plans to impose a \u00a3300 fine for the offense, which could be reduced to \u00a3150 if paid within two weeks. However, officials have yet to issue the notice, as they have been unable to locate Mandelson’s address after five months of searching.<\/p>\n
