Students will be able to access their results for the Telangana Board Intermediate Public Examination (IPE) 2026 via the official websites, tgbie.cgg.gov.in and results.cgg.gov.in, as soon as the results are made public. Additionally, results and pass statuses can also be checked on the IE Education portal.<\/p>\n
Live updates from the TS Inter Results 2026 press conference will be available as the announcement unfolds. To obtain the TS IPE 2026 marksheets, students should visit one of the specified websites, enter their roll number and other required information. Once the results are displayed, it is advisable for students to take a screenshot or download the marksheet for future reference. Any discrepancies found in the online scorecard should be reported to the student’s school without delay.<\/p>\n
The TGBIE conducted the Public Examinations from February 26 to March 18, 2026, with approximately 9.9 lakh students participating. In the previous year, the second year results were announced on April 22 at noon, with exams held from March 6 to March 25. Last year’s overall pass percentage for the TS Inter 2nd year results was recorded at 71.27 percent.<\/p>\n
As soon as the TS Inter results are available, successful second year students will be eligible to apply for undergraduate programs. Those aiming for engineering courses will need to provide TG EAPCET scores, while medical aspirants must present their NEET results. Admissions to degree colleges will also rely on the marks obtained in the TS Inter 2nd Year examinations.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s results are being released notably earlier than last year\u2019s announcement on April 22, 2025. TGBIE will present the results separately for both General streams (Arts, Science, Commerce) and Vocational streams. Students from both the 1st and 2nd years in vocational studies will find dedicated result links on the official portal once results are published.<\/p>\n
In addition to the individual scorecards, TGBIE is anticipated to release a list of top performers, categorized by district and subject. This year, the hall tickets issued to students included QR codes, simplifying the process of locating designated examination centers. Hall tickets were distributed on February 19, 2026, and students were instructed to collect them from their college principals and verify their personal details prior to the examinations.<\/p>\n
To ensure the integrity of the examination process, TGBIE deployed 75 flying squad teams and 200 sitting squad teams to monitor the centers throughout the exams held from February to March 2026. The provisional marks memo that accompanies the results will outline the student’s name, roll number, subject-wise scores, total marks achieved, grades, and pass or fail status. Students should carefully review these details post-download and report any errors to their college immediately.<\/p>\n
To successfully pass the TS Inter exam, students must achieve at least 35% in each subject and a minimum aggregate score of 350 marks out of 1,000. For students with visual or hearing impairments, the passing criteria are adjusted to 25%.<\/p>\n
The TS Inter 1st Year examinations took place from February 25 to March 17, 2026, while the 2nd Year examinations were conducted from February 26 to March 18, 2026. Students can access their results by visiting the official TGBIE website, clicking on the IPE 2026 results link, selecting their class, entering their hall ticket number, and pressing ‘Get Memo’.<\/p>\n
For the Intermediate Public Examinations of 2026, TGBIE utilized a total of 404 government junior colleges, 221 government-sector junior colleges, and 863 private junior colleges as examination venues. Over 1,495 chief superintendents and around 28,500 invigilators were assigned to oversee the examinations across all centers.<\/p>\n
This year, a total of 9,97,075 students participated in the Telangana Intermediate Public Examinations, with 4,89,126 in the 1st year and 5,07,949 in the 2nd year. Students can check the TS Inter Results 2026 on the official websites: tgbie.cgg.gov.in, tgbienew.cgg.gov.in, and results.cgg.gov.in. A hall ticket number is required to access and download the provisional marks memo, so students should keep their login credentials readily available to avoid confusion.<\/p>\n
