NewsDive provides AI-powered news insights, analysis, and content aggregation. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations or infringe on the rights of others.
2. User Conduct
By using NewsDive, you agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, distributing harmful or malicious content, interfering with system operations, or using the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair services.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
All content available on NewsDive, including text, data, design, logos, and AI-generated insights, is owned by or licensed to NewsDive and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may access and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless explicitly authorized.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
NewsDive uses advanced AI systems to generate insights and summaries. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or up to date. Users should independently verify critical information before relying on it.
5. User Submissions
If you submit feedback, comments, or other content to NewsDive, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
NewsDive may include links or integrations with third-party services. We do not control or endorse these services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
7. News Aggregation and Use of Third-Party Content
The Platform operates as an AI-powered news aggregation and discovery service that sources publicly available content, including RSS feeds and other openly accessible materials, from third-party publishers and news providers (“Content Sources”).
All content obtained from Content Sources remains the intellectual property of the respective publishers. The Platform does not claim ownership of such content and uses it solely for the purposes of indexing, aggregation, categorization, and generating AI-assisted summaries and news article intended to enhance user access to publicly available information.
The AI-generated summaries are transformative in nature and are intended to provide concise, value-added insights rather than substitute the original works.
If any Content Source believes that its content has been used in a manner that is inconsistent with applicable laws or its policies, they may contact the Platform to request modification, removal, or exclusion. The Platform will act in good faith to promptly address such concerns.
By operating this service, the Platform acts as an intermediary facilitator of publicly available information and does not intend to infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of Content Sources
8. Privacy
Your use of NewsDive is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewsDive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
NewsDive is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to NewsDive at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
