Neetu Singh and Kapil Sharma are collaborating for their inaugural theatrical project, titled Daadi Ki Shaadi, which is scheduled for release on May 8, 2026. The production team recently revealed the film’s first poster, and on Friday, they launched the initial song from the soundtrack, named “Senti.” This lively track showcases Neetu dancing alongside Kapil and various other cast members. Notably, viewers can also catch a glimpse of her daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and granddaughter Samara Sahni in the music video.
The music video, lasting over three minutes, begins with family members clad in traditional black attire, joyfully dancing on a lawn adorned with lights, evoking a festive wedding atmosphere. Kapil Sharma soon joins the celebration, but the focal point of the song is undoubtedly Neetu Singh, who captivates in a vibrant red bridal ensemble, suggesting that the festivities revolve around her nuptials.
In addition to portraying moments of familial happiness, the song features Riddhima Kapoor Sahni sharing the screen with her mother, marking her debut in acting. Towards the end of the video, Samara Sahni makes a brief appearance, joining in the joyful celebrations. The song is composed by Payal Dev and Aditya Dev, with vocals provided by Payal and Divya Kumar.
Daadi Ki Shaadi is produced by RTAKE Studios, BeingU Studios, and Shimla Talkies Production, and is both written and directed by Ashish R Mohan. The film boasts a large ensemble cast, including Neetu Kapoor, Kapil Sharma, R Sarath Kumar, Sadia Khateeb, and Yograj Singh, among others.
Neetu Kapoor’s most recent theatrical release was the family drama Jugjugg Jeeyo, which came out in 2022 and featured Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Maniesh Paul, and Prajakta Koli. Riddhima had previously appeared in the Netflix reality series Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives before her film debut. Meanwhile, Kapil Sharma’s latest appearance was in the comedy-drama Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2.
