ASUS has officially announced the commencement of pre-orders for its latest collection of premium laptops, the Zenbook series, in India. This new lineup includes the advanced Zenbook S14, Zenbook DUO, and Zenbook A14 models, along with the recently launched Zenbook A16 and an enhanced Vivobook series.
The starting price for the Zenbook models is set at Rs 1,79,990, while the Vivobook series begins at Rs 98,990. These laptops will be available for purchase starting April 21 at ASUS Exclusive Stores, the ASUS online shop, Flipkart, Amazon, and other authorized retailers. The Zenbook A16 will be released at a later time.
The latest models reflect ASUS’s commitment to combining elegant design with practical functionality. A notable feature in this release is Ceraluminum, a distinctive material crafted to enhance durability while maintaining a sophisticated look. These laptops are designed to be both lightweight and sturdy.
The new Zenbook range is powered by cutting-edge technologies, including the latest Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors and the Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite processor, which are optimized for managing AI-driven tasks effectively.
Pre-orders for the Zenbook series will be accepted from April 14 to April 20. Customers taking advantage of this limited-time offer can enjoy benefits valued at up to Rs 11,598, which includes a two-year extended warranty and three years of accidental damage protection for just Rs 999. Additionally, purchasers of the Zenbook DUO will receive an ASUS Vigour Backpack.
Arnold Su, the Vice President of Consumer and Gaming PC at ASUS India, expressed that the company’s goal is to develop devices that are both powerful and user-friendly. He stated, “Our aim is to create products that combine advanced materials like Ceraluminum with thinner and lighter designs, ensuring they are not only high-performance but also intuitive and comfortable to use.”
The Zenbook S14 is distinguished by its ultra-slim profile of just 1.1 cm and a weight of 1.2 kg. It boasts a 14-inch 3K OLED display and an impressive battery life of up to 27 hours. Equipped with Intel Core Ultra processors, it is designed to support AI-assisted workflows and efficient multitasking.
The Zenbook DUO caters to users seeking versatility, featuring dual 14-inch OLED touch screens that can operate at a 144 Hz refresh rate for seamless performance across both displays. Remarkably, despite its dual-screen setup, this model offers a battery life of up to 32 hours.
The A14 and A16 models of the Zenbook are lightweight yet powerful, with the A14 weighing just 1 kg and capable of lasting up to 33 hours on battery thanks to the Snapdragon X2 processor and AI features.
The upgraded Vivobook series introduces AI-enhanced functionalities to a broader audience. The Vivobook 14 and 16 models, powered by Intel Core Ultra 5 processors, facilitate tasks such as searching, summarizing, and task management, and are equipped with a facial recognition AI camera.
The Vivobook S14 and S16 strike a balance between performance and portability, offering lightweight designs and battery lives of up to 29 hours. Featuring Intel Core Ultra 7 processors, they are ideal for users seeking reliable performance for both professional work and creative endeavors.
