Vijay, the prominent actor and leader of the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), is currently engaged in campaigning for the upcoming Tamil Nadu elections. Recently, he brought joy to one of his fans in a heartfelt encounter. A video clip has emerged showing the fan presenting a digitally altered photograph featuring the late actor and politician Vijayakanth holding hands with Vijay and his estranged spouse, Sangeetha Sornalingam.

In the widely shared video, a young admirer approaches Vijay’s vehicle, proudly displaying the framed image he created. The photograph depicts Vijayakanth grasping Vijay’s hand with one hand and holding Sangeetha, who is portrayed in bridal attire, with the other.

Upon noticing the image, Vijay points it out to his security team and requests the fan to pass it to him. He then holds the picture up for onlookers to admire and pauses to reflect on its significance before giving it back to his crew.

As the footage gained traction on social media, fans expressed surprise at Vijay’s acceptance of the photo featuring his estranged wife. Some speculated that his willingness to embrace the picture was influenced by his respect for Vijayakanth.

Comments from viewers included sentiments such as, “Men in love are incomparable,” and one fan noted that Vijay referred to Vijayakanth as his “annan” (elder brother). In February of this year, Sangeetha Sornalingam initiated divorce proceedings against Vijay in the Chengalpattu family court in Chennai, alleging infidelity, mental cruelty, and abandonment in her petition.

On another note, Vijay is anticipating the release of his upcoming film, Jana Nayagan, which has faced delays in its January launch due to certification issues with the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Recently, the film was also leaked online.
